We headed down south past Monterey and Carmel and ended up in BIG SUR. We stayed at the Romantic Little Cabins at Deetjens Big Sur Inn where they have the best Eggs Benedict I have ever tasted. It's one of my favorite meals and so Jesse booked our room there with that in mind.

Later that day, Jesse took me to Carmel to meet Sarkhis the Jeweler. I fell in love with an engagement ring...we'll see what happens (to be continued...)
